RESEARCH: Document actual capabilities and functionality of "can administer my channel"
Description: The permission, "Can administer my channel" is available in the "CHANNEL ROLE" assignments, however there is limited (and likely outdated) documentation about the extent to which someone delegated this permission can actually carry out tasks "on behalf of" the other user.
Need to discover and document the limits and also need to discover/document the USE of that feature.
May also be worth considering created a separated delegated capability to specifically "admin channel connections" or investigate/document the needs of "moderators" and to what extent additional permissions may be needed (beyond what's available in existing resources and addons like the "channelreputation" addon).
