ENHANCEMENT: Create POST from uploaded file on REMOTE CHANNEL
When you upload a file to your own channel and click on the file options, one of the options is to create a POST from that file.
This enhancement would bring this same behavior to REMOTE channels when you have permission to WRITE to the remote channel's files.
The distribution list for the post would be created based on who has permission to VIEW the file in question. It would need to take into account the permissions related to any path elements "above" the file in question in the directory tree.
Another alternative would be to allow the channel owner to designate the relevant distribution list (understanding that, depending on the restrictions on uplevel directories, it may not be possible for some on the distribution list to actually see the file).
